Cane Management System 

Management of Sugar Cane procurement in a leading Sugar Company in India. We developed the portal to manage the entire process right from planting of the saplings to the delivery of Cane to the Sugar Mills. The portal has four interfaces for the farmers, cane officers, the sugar mills and the Bankers respectively. The system has been developed using HTML, XML, DLLs, Microsoft .NET, Windows 2000 Server and Professional, SQL Server 2000, OLAP. The DLLs have been created using MS Visual Studio.Net. Our product has been successfully implemented in four of the Sugar Mills that the company owns in India.

Performance Management System - 360 Performance appraisal systems.

Performance Management System (PMS) provides a single common solution that integrates corporate strategy with execution at all levels. Net Access has developed a Performance Management Portal to improve the speed and efficiency of the process. The Net Access PMS has the following four modules which represents the four important processes of any performance management system.

1. Policy deployment

2. Performance monitor

3. Performance appraisal

4. Development planning.

The PMS is a browser-based application developed using Microsoft platform, which includes Windows 2000, SQL 2000 and Microsoft .Net.

Online Talent Search Portal - Portal was developed to allow candidates and students to appear for tests online with an Interface that assists the examiner to create and post the questions and another for the candidates to take tests - a fully secure system with automated results and analysis. This system has been developed using Internet Explorer as a front end and uses an Oracle database

Job portal - A job portal for a HR outsourcing company. The site handles all activities from candidate registration until placements. The website permits the candidate to update his/her profile online. Each customer is provided with a facility to view the choice of candidates. Customers post their requirements themselves on the portal and responses from candidates flow through with a copy to the central repository.
