Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Experience in the following:
*Handling calls as per SLA related to:
- E-Mail Configuration
- Hardware, Desktops & Laptops
- Printers & Scanners
- Active Directory – Addition & Deletion
- Mobile Devices like IOS & Android for basic email troubleshoot
- MS Office
*Working on Anti-Virus updates
*Working on OS – Windows latest version
*Updating CTS
2. Troubleshooting all network and application issues and providing recommendations to ensure better customer services
3. Documentation & MIS reporting
4. Compliance management and escalating issues if required
Desired Candidate Profile:
* BE/B.Tech, Diploma in (EEE / ECE / CSE / IT)
* Good Communication Skills & Language proficiency
