Experience: 4-8 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Experience in the following:
o Handling calls as per SLA related to:
▪ E-Mail Configuration
▪ Hardware, Desktops & Laptops
▪ Printers & Scanners
▪ Active Directory – Addition & Deletion
▪ Mobile Devices like IOS & Android for basic email troubleshoot
▪ MS Office
o Working on Anti-Virus updates
o Working on OS – Windows latest version
o Updating CTS
2. Troubleshooting all network and application issues and provide recommendations to ensure better customer services
3. Documentation & MIS reporting
4. Compliance management and escalate issues if required
5. Team handling experience will be an advantage
Desired Candidate Profile:
* BE/B.Tech, Diploma in (EEE / ECE / CSE / IT)
* Good Communication Skills & Language proficiency
