The Project:
As business started increasing alongside their field staff count also increased, monitoring the performance of field staff and field managers became a concern. They proposed to have an application that could monitor attendance, daily field activity, dealer store activity, payment collection, and other activities. They were looking for a partner who had domain knowledge and supporting clients in similar domains.
