They have become a household name in over one million Indian houses and have a presence in nearly 2000+ retail stores across the country.
The Project:
The customer had many retail outlets, the Internal Audit Department wanted to digitize the verification of the area of the rental space, and the administration department wanted to digitize the property identification process, rent payment, contract renewal, and agreement storage. Being their preferred digitization partner “NET ACCESS INDIA LIMITED” proposed to build a solution using its workflow engine.
After gathering information from various departments Net Access built a solution to capture the dimensions of the rented place digitally without manual intervention, building a workflow to automate the process from property search, agreement, and rent payment till closure of a location.
By deploying lease management software they were able to finalize new retail outlets at a faster phase and process the agreement renewals well in advance, this created a better relationship between our client and the retail outlet owners. Using this Lease Management application, they were able to find the exact floor size of the retail outlet and enter into an agreement which saved a good amount of money for the organization. It also helped in reducing the time required for internal Audit and improved audit compliance.
