Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in IT/CSE/ECE/EEE or MBA, with no standing arrears
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Primary skills: Experience in pre-sales of networking products like Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus
Net Access is looking for a suitable, dynamic, and energetic person to support our sales team in conducting requirement analysis, preparing technical solutions and proposals, and closing deals. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with HP Aruba and/or CISCO, specifically in designing and closing large deals.
Responsibilities:
Ability to discuss with prospective customers, understand their pain points, and build a solution using equipment from respective OEMs, either HP Aruba or Cisco.
Arrive at a BoM (Bill of Material) for the project using the best possible design and equipment.
Work with the OEM partner to arrive at the best commercial terms, collaborate with the sales team, and submit the Net Access proposal to customers.
OEM Partner Management:
Work with the OEM partner to improve the relationship.
Ensure partner contracts are managed and renewed on time.
Work on improving the partner level year on year.
Other requirements:
Ability to work independently and constantly update knowledge about the technology and products from OEMs.
Good communication and listening skills are critical for this position.
Passion to provide the best and long-lasting solution.
Ability to maintain customer interest in Net Access and its solutions.
