Assistant Manager – Sales

Experience: 4-8 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients & users, listen to their pain points & requirements, and map our solutions to resolve the same.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create reports with sales and financial data.
• Connect with various stakeholders and build the proposal for the solution and services
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Collect feedback from customers and pass it on to the respective team members internally.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Experience with the IT service industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• MBA or PGD in sales management
