Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Job description:
- Routing Experience in 4000x, 15RG2, 9000Series and Switching experience in Cisco 6509, Nexus 900Series.
- Should have experience working with Fortinet Firewall and some knowledge on F5 Load balancer
- Coordinate with users and internet service providers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution for any trouble tickets
- Manage projects and maintenance tasks in ticketing system
- On time delivery of service as per SLA
- Engineer should analyze & troubleshoot WAN/LAN related calls.
Educational Qualification & other criteria:
- BE/B.tech/BCA/B.SC computers/ 3 years diploma
- Should be comfortable for 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Any global certification in networking in mandatory. ( Ex: CCNA/CCNP/NSE…)
